Keep your Snickers on! 💥🍫 Are any other Brits excited to hear about Mars bringing back the "Marathon" bar for a limited run? For those of you that don't know, Mars' infamous "Snickers" bar was known as "Marathon" in the UK until 1990 when it was changed to bring the UK branding in-line with Mars' international branding. Mars is doing this, in the UK only, as part of a larger marketing campaign to celebrate 90 years of Mars' UK operation. It's a clever play by the Chocolate giant. On the one hand, consumers love a brand with a history and, for those who can remember, a little product nostalgia. On the other hand, it's bringing historic Mars trade mark rights back to life. In the UK, if a registered trade mark isn’t used for a period of five years, it can be challenged on the grounds of non-use. 🐾 Leadership & Teamwork in the Wild: The Story of Maasai Mara’s "Top 4" Cheetahs the famous coalition known as the "Tano Bora" (meaning "The Magnificent Five" in Swahili), is quite fascinating. 🐆Tano Bora initially consisted of five male cheetahs: Olpadan, Olarishani, Leboo, Winda, and Olonyok. These cheetahs came together in a rare and powerful coalition. 🐆However, in more recent times, the coalition is known as the "Top 4" because one of the members, Olpadan, left the group, leaving four cheetahs behind. 🐆Their cooperation and teamwork allowed them to dominate the Maasai Mara, one of Africa's premier wildlife reserves.🐆In late 2019, Olpadan, one of the most dominant members of the coalition, decided to leave the group. Despite this, the remaining four cheetahs continued to thrive and were dubbed the "Top 4" by wildlife enthusiasts and photographers.🐆The Top 4 continued their dominance, but like all wildlife in the Maasai Mara, they faced challenges from predators like lions and hyenas and the ever-present threat of injury or illness.
