Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is finally in full swing with its first season of content, adding in a new Battle Pass with plenty of rewards for players. While it'll cost extra to unlock the full potential of the season one Battle Pass, there are still lots of free items up for grabs in Black Ops 6. From cosmetics to entirely new content, the Battle Pass adds just enough incentive to keep players grinding by offering worthwhile rewards.

The Battle Pass is just one of the first things coming for fans in Black Ops 6 season one, with more content being added soon. The first season of Black Ops 6 is off to a great start, adding three new maps and a bank robbery-styled game mode, with a new Area 99 map for Warzone. Alongside the multiplayer additions and unlockable equipment, Black Ops 6's zombie mode is getting unique content, with a brand-new map on the way.

Kicking Off Season One With New Weapons And Attachments
By far the most notable inclusions of the Black Ops 6 Battle Pass are the two new weapons being introduced, free of charge. The weapons themselves are the fast-paced SAUG submachine gun and the overwhelmingly powerful Krig C assault rifle. On top of these, players can unlock a new Dragon's Breath 12g ammo attachment that can be used with both shotguns in the game to burn down their enemies.

Each of the 21 unlocks can be earned through standard experience point gain without any specific quests or challenges, giving players the freedom to progress however they want. Included in the free tiers of the Battle Pass are also several blueprints for powerful weapons that when unlocked, will permanently unlock them for players regardless of their level. While many of the minor cosmetics like emblems, stickers, and sprays aren't the most exciting inclusions, there are more than enough valuable rewards to strive towards.

For players who see themselves progressing to the end of the Battle Pass before it ends in the next few months, the paid Battle Pass is one of the best investments in Black Ops 6. Not only does it provide a steady stream of skins that would normally have a drastically higher cost, but the Battle Pass provides a full CoD point refund to players who finish it before the next season.
So far there's no downside to purchasing the Battle Pass after completing it, aside from having to wait to get access to its rewards, which is great for players unsure if they'll have enough time to complete it.

How To Level Up Fast In Black Ops 6
With Black Ops 6 re-introducing the classic prestige system, there are still plenty of tricks to progress through the ranks even faster than ever.
While being able to re-purchase the next Battle Pass at no extra cost is always a fantastic inclusion for any game, the Black Ops 6 Battle Pass is still a downgrade from the system in previous entries. In the recent Modern Warfare 3, players received 1,400 CoD points when completing a battle pass, letting dedicated players save up extra points to use in the premium shop.

While this change has caused reasonable controversy, the Battle Pass in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is still a great deal for players willing to put in the work to progress through it.
